Dispatcher Assisted Telephone CPR form

We believe strongly that telephone CPR can only succeed if there is an ongoing QI program that is supported by the director of the agency. This requires listening to the digital recording of the call and abstracting data. These data are then used to provide feedback to the caller as well as measure dispatch center performance. It can also be used to identify training needs. This form is in a Word document so that local agencies can customize it to their needs.
